The title of this book clearly reflects its content. I enjoyed reading it, because my curiosity has been satisfied and it is an area that I do not know at all. So I think it's a nice gift distracting. For the typical person, this is not a cookbook: I personally have no chemistry lab or the tools to make these dishes look delicious. I also do not think it has been the object of the author. So I RECOMMEND as a book on the culinary culture!
