I found this very interesting book I enjoyed reading that the author invites us to reconnect with bodily sensations, to detach weight etc ... After for someone like me who suffers from TCA (disorders eating) for 15 years I am not convinced that the Book boards can be enough to get by.

After this book gives the slopes and is already encouraging and very useful.
