The case fits well to the iPhone and can be attached well. By pressing the button at the bottom of the case you can switch or disconnecting the battery. A charge status display with 4 LEDs is also available. The small plastic cover on top of the case is a bit cheap, and keeps not really perfect in my eyes. But that has one way or another does not affect the function.
Charging is via a USB connection.
Conclusion:
Those looking for a rugged outdoor case for frequent use here is not well served with. There are other cases with more capacity and gumming with screen protectors (prices around 100 euros then) that protect the phone in extreme conditions.
For people like me who are looking for a spare battery for occasional use, the product is sufficient. Even if you take a Navi need know to appreciate the additional power. I have a case but only occasionally in use because otherwise I use another bag for the iPhone.
EDIT:
So the unit now has nearly 2 Winter withstood me and now it's broken. The plastic also breaks at every turn. You have to say that I've really used it only in winter. Therefore, I have to reduce the rating to 3 stars. Has kept surprisingly long for it that it's just simply cheap. At the time of use, it has but does its job properly.
