Listening to these two "pancakes" unequal, we realize that the golden age of Metallica is well within the decade of the 80s! (This is only my "humble" opinion!). Period when the quartet of the bay area lined hymns speed / thrash the most memorable. Two cd proposed, the second is my preference; fast and groovy tempos do justice to the original compositions. "Helpless", "Am i evil?", "The small hours", "Blitzkrieg" and "The Prince" are my most réusssies eyes. On the first CD, it gathers the most recent times, and it reflects the musical direction taken by the group in the early 90's rhythms are slower here, melodic or simply "hard rock." Some good covers are still to report which, that of "Sabbra cadabra" or Black Sabbath "Mercyful Fate" of the same group. A heterogeneous ensemble which, however, is worth seeing.
