It's a phone! 1

I searched for my father and his prepaid card a discount phone that neither touchscreen, Internet or other "for my father uninteresting" tech features :-)
The mobile phone is unbeatable (21.79) for this price. Good voice quality and eternally long battery life and ease of operation.
So just the thing for someone who seeks only a mobile phone to make phone calls.
(Yes even those people there are :-))
