Actually, I would just like to say something about the size of the liner:
I doubted at the beginning of something, which is now the right size, as some write that one should the liner order one size larger, write another, the size corresponds to the normal size.
This seems to be very individual. I finally decided to give up my normal shoe size (EU 38) to order and lo and behold ... You have fitted perfectly first time and sit very well on foot. I have personally not particularly thick or wide feet, but I do not know if that plays a role. I can therefore only recommend that you choose the normal size.
