Whether a device without fat, only with hot air, there is an alternative fried? We tried it. The answer is a resounding: Yes and no.
After all, is missing in the preparation course the fat as taste carrier. Simply put, everything that can be cooked in hot air oven can also be prepared in plain stone VitAir Fryer. So oven fries, pizza, cakes and bread, grilled chicken and fish, for example. The advantage over the "normal" Fryer is therefore on the one hand the versatility and, secondly, the healthier preparation. Because, unlike fat, air has no calories. The advantages for hot-air oven, the most anyway have at home, but not too bad either:
