There is an incredible variety of recipes: you can find everything you are looking there, light and tasty dishes with heartier gourmet dishes, via air and fruity desserts, appetizers dînatoires and other dishes to share between friends. Everything is very well explained, the introduction outlines all the essentials on veganism (what does being vegan Why become the Where to find ... explaining that everyone can make the transition to her??? rhythm); about the recipes, there's really nothing to say, they are clear and well presented. There is something for all tastes: fast and simple to more complex and longer to prepare. But for now, the ones I have tried are all a delight!
