My iPhone 5S is actually not as strict as described by some in the case, but in my opinion the right place.
Similarly, the upper corners of the iPhone are completely protected, as the case about 1-2 millimeters above stands.
The card slots I have not tested, they are however not wirlich often be used because I've always doing my wallet. Not more than the outdoor sports in the future I could get used to leave the wallet at home and the most necessary stuck in the compartments provided in me now.

I hereby want to express my enthusiasm concerning. The acquired here KAVAJ leather bag again weaken somewhat. Unfortunately, following negative (for me) aspects should be mentioned as early as 6 days use.
1) It has often been written that the iPhone quite strict in the envelope is what with me from the beginning not the case though. Meanwhile I succeed even fairly easily "shake out" the iPhone. I'm pretty sure that in about 1-2 weeks, the iPhone from slipping out of even when I'm wearing it upside down.
2) Although I've never used the card slots, the inside of the compartment has dissolved from the outer leather. The looks of course accordingly ugly!
Let's see how the shell behaves in the next few days / weeks ...

In early June I stepped with KAVAJ directly and have them respect from my discontent. Of Miami declared pocket. Immediately a new bag at Amazon I was offered to order and the purchase price of the first bag was refunded immediately! A really great support!
And now to the second embodiment of the Miami case, this was in fact revised from scratch and all defects has been fixed.
1) The cover has grown ... it is now around 3 millimeters longer and the iPhone disappears at 100% in the envelope and it remains an around 3 millimeters high edge stand, which protects the iPhone.
2) The card slots are now no longer glued special sewn!
3) The tab to the iPhone will draw out now retracted automatically.
4) The cover is now significantly narrower than the first! The iPhone slips even after 4 weeks use not alone out of the sheath. First it is of course very very tight, but over time widens the leather and the shell fits perfectly.
Therefore, there are now 5 stars from me!
