I am using this cookbook for many years and I'm still satisfied. It allows for spreads such as hummus, guacamole, eggplant caviar, tapenades, vegetable pies, but also sweet doughs: lemon curd, chocolate pasta ... Part of the book is devoted to classic recipes, another revenue to do with the seasons, with fruits and vegetables. The last is devoted to ingredients often present in our closets, with which we can do good spreads. Next, you need a mixer for most recipes. This is the only really useful utensil with this book. I recommend it because all I did with has always been good and appreciated.
