Keys for volume control would be well

Actually I find the remote control of the TV Fire very well done and intuitive. Unfortunately, there are two Schwahpunkte:
1. There is a lack keys for volume control. That means I must always be handled with two remotes when I use the Fire TV and wants to regulate the volume.
2. Some remote controls have a very high energy consumption, which means that the batteries are dead within a few days. The problem is Amazon is known, it is probably a production error in some batches. Who gets such a FB, should contact the Amazon customer service. The replacement is fast and easy.
