My 2 boys (10 & 12) love. Perfectly suitable for use on a terrace. The ramp is not very high but lets make enough fun jumps when you can go to the skate park. The quality is good for its intended usage (skateboarding, mountain biking, BMX, Trott). Under these conditions any problems. For my part, my children are scrupulous, do not run it, do not jump on it and do not let her out. It is stored in the shelter from rain or sun after each use.
