Laaaaangweilig ....

Positives:
-It runs smoothly
-Short load and store hours
-The Create-a-Sim mode is well done and you can make your Sims individually (simplified comic style is a matter of taste)
-The Multitasking is nice. It's just not as much time lost

Negatives:
-not open world (the constant load times, even if only to visit the neighbors you want to annoy - even if they are short)
-no "Inteiligenten NPCs - ie: you do not multiply, they look for any work they do not make any relations The city fills up though by itself on when people die (the only thing they do own) but I liked the generation principle. Sims 3 very ... although it has since also work properly only with mods. This also leads already to the next point
-no pedigrees more (there were in Sims3 three large groups of players, the architects and the breeders who liked to do the both) the "breeding" is as shown in Sims3 no longer possible
-winzige neighborhood - must be a huge disappointment for the architects. One can not place any empty plots
-needs Fall quite quickly - thus leaving little time for the oh-so-great activities

My conclusion: The new Create-a-Sim mode is super. It's really fun to draw people there. Stylistically, I find it quite nice and the short loading times are also significantly improving.
I have tested the game extensively for three days and it is just very boring. The non-independent city forces you (if you want to get the local families) continuously to change the budget and somehow every day is the same. Even the incredible individuality and intelligence which has been highly praised by the developers is not much to remember. If I could, I would play back, if only because I know that many Sims fans will be as I bought out of curiosity and the friendly ladies and gentlemen of EA now splashing Uncle Scrooge-like in money from us Dödeln.
