This LCD / LED Monitor is very suitable for office applications with its 27 inches. Before that I had a 24-inch Benq monitor, but by no means brought these qualities. The LG will indeed greatly dimmed for office work with me in the brightness, but has a pleasant white backlight and excels especially in the photo playback. Here the LG beats my old 24 inch monitor at length and that in the brilliance and the impressive color reproduction. The 27 inch turn out for my eyes as boon for office work. Two pages of Word documents can be neatly on the screen represent, because the font size is increased at the same resolution on a 24 inch monitor. The font is not pixelated. It seems to me the height of the stand minimal too high. But who wants to can remove the foot part and adjust the screen by 2 rubber feet on the frame directly on a table and bend more.
