Ultra Sport Mens Snowboard Gloves Heated (Sports Apparel)

Customer Review

Does this sound familiar? In winter when skiing or snowboarding or even on longer walks or rides on a scooter you get cold hands, the pain uncomfortable then while warming up.
These snowboard gloves are already making the first unpacking a very good impression. They are relatively easy, the interior is pleasant soft and there are no irritating seams felt.
Lined with Thinsulate gloves are, which is preferably used in ski clothing, because it makes a good air cushion, is light and soft.
The length is optimal, so that they can draw well over a ski jacket, tightly using the bands and no snow and no cold air into the gloves.
The batteries are fully charged in about 2 hours. You will be connected and plugged into the small compartments in gloves that are provided with an effective closing zipper. The batteries are very light and you almost do not notice the weight.
With the easy to press buttons you can off the gloves and set the temperature. The higher the temperature is chosen, the shorter the battery lasts logically.
Since outdoor temperature at the moment is a little difficult at 20 ° C to test these gloves outside, I took a thermometer to help to measure the temperatures indicated. And I've been waiting for approx 1-2 minutes to give the gloves time to reach the temperature. Here are the results measured in the index finger at room temperature:

Green (37 ° C): measured 35.3 ° C
Yellow (45 ° C): measured 38.6 ° C
Red (53 ° C): measured 41.5 ° C

That the measured data does not exactly match those of the manufacturer, may also be the thermometer or the measuring Bedingungn. However, I must say that you can heat to the hands feel good. That the thermometer has shown in red level only 41.5 ° C, is probably the limited measuring range.
You can feel in any case the different high temperatures. Good, I like that the heat can be felt up to the fingertips. If you wear the gloves a bit longer, the heat is distributed optimally.
The battery life is as indicated in Stage green about 8 hours. After 7 hours, you could notice a slight decrease in the heat. So enough for a day on the slopes. ;-)

Also worth mentioning is that you can also wash at 40 ° C the gloves thoroughly. I would not have expected.
The water column of 10,000 mm allows a high Waterproof expect even in driving rain, heavy snowfall or a fall in the mud or water. For information: From a water column of 3000 mm may manufacturers their material described as "waterproof".

MY CONCLUSION:
Well-made and thoughtful gloves - Washable - Waterproof - warming. Let it snow ... so not right now, but in 7-8 months ;-).
