Tablet received very quickly. opening of the tablet and setting it, it does not recognize my internet box for wifi while the other two tablets of the house (iPad and Samsung) yes. my wifi working properly, so this is it a tablet problem? impossible to connect to internet thus almost unusable. Also the package was a simple bubble envelope so no protective top level (package received in good condition though). I try to reformat the tablet to factory settings but do nothing it does not detect my Internet.
