Light and unfortunately a lot of shade

I have purchased this equipment in order to use it primarily as a small second television and a video player. For these purposes, the device is sufficient (DVB-T TV) is insufficient to (Video Player).
The TV picture is neat, unfortunately the slightest sound setting for television is in bed still too loud. The 16/9 - 4/3 switching only works quite cumbersome from the menu.
The biggest shortcoming is obvious the firmware on the device. A simple directory structure is not shown, instead always recognized all media files to a category (image / sound / video) can be played back randomly. So if I might, for example, look more episodes of a series of a USB storage device, will not be able to make friends with this device.
Unfortunately, not all disks are recognized - let alone all files: even within a video format, different codecs have been used. This unit knows the least.
Anyone looking for a simple digital photo frame with an additional DVB-T function, may hereby be well served, I am not - therefore only 2 stars.
