Light enough

For my bike station I was looking for a cost-effective solution for reliable illumination for short distances in the winter months. Even a high-quality External Dynamo has proved too unreliable in cold, wet weather. But normal battery-plug light was me in the long run too cumbersome: constant plugging in and take them from having numb fingers annoying in the long run. Eventually I came up with the idea, if there is no battery light to screw how dynamo powered lights. Lo and behold, there is.

The headlamp read easily alternatively mounted to existing halogen headlamps. If you look not very accurate, you do not see that there is a battery light. Since it has only one LED, one would expect no brightness like a Bauscheinwerfer now of course, but with reasonable batteries (supplied are of poor quality) makes the lamp but an amazingly bright light for short distances in darkness even for one's own orientation sufficient. Watched it is very good thanks to a large reflector.

Battery replacement is also possible without tools, since the screw can be rotated well with a coin. The lamp has a Dauerleucht- and a flashing mode via a button on the front is switched off between steady light flashing light-off.

Rainy weather, the lamp has been also put away without complaint, although the case is not necessarily 100% waterproof effect, a rubber seal, it has not in any case.

For me still clearly the best lighting solution, price and the handling.

Note: The light is of course not StVO-approved, and in the dark noticed attentive policeman quickly that it is an LED light.
