I love this laptop battery but I think that I got has a problem of the same type as the ones I've read.
The battery is not charging times and above it seems that it will not load more than 80% even after more than 10 hours of load !! (With Apple iPad charger). And when I load an iPhone 5S it gives him only 50% while the battery charger Anker and completes 80%.

I received an email within 24 hours of service Anker and a new battery within 4 days. I currently testing to make sure everything is ok.
Thank you for customer service in its reactivity.
I recommend this product through the service if it was to have problem.
