The auto-mount does not work with this drive for many versions of Linux, including Debian and its derivatives. I do not remember having this problem with other drives, and I have many more brands. There are a lot of complaints about it in the forums. The website does not provide a Western solution. I do not see the point of buying this product while the competition does not cause this problem. Even if you do not use Linux, you might encounter problems with a friend.
