For a while I've been drinking this mix carbohydrates before and during my training. Dissolve well in water, it tastes very sweet and drinkable definitely. Took me 5 drinks a day - weight gain took place, but not very high, as I only had 2 drinks on training days in addition to good nutrition - plus used protein shakes after workouts and not 3. For a long time I train without carbohydrate drinks and hardly notice a difference!
