Long considered and not done

Than the present concept of the new office with the years have come out license I have long hesitated whether I should join in there or not. Our current Office 2007 and comes in the day. In the company we work with Office 2010 and the difference is already clear.

As a home user, I must not go along with each update, but now why this update.

One notices the Office programs, the revision significantly and everything goes smooth from the hand. How can handle Word and Co with many pictures remain to be tested.

With Outlook, I have all the dates in front of me and I have email all under one roof. Previously privately everything was separate. Even on my BlackBerry Z10 is always all present. Outlook I've always separated in the old office.

Then I have my Office as an on-line version available even if my PC is not on - a clear advantage.

It is good that the licenses can move with on another computer.

Let's talk about the disadvantages:

This subscription is really worth it, if you use multiple computers. Then there really is a day a little; expensive with only one installation.

First conclusion after a few weeks:

The good thing is, the software runs smoothly and in normal operation without problems. Compared to the 2010s system functionally has not done much. Essentially, the integration has been improved with the Skydrive and also the data transfer to OneNote.

Word could never handle large files with graphics, that can also this version does not - (to work I started with Word 2.0 unte DOS) everything the same since 1990.

Excel provides formulas with references now clearer and shows the references to color. That is practical. Again, not many new.

OneNote. Works reliably even here to find no major changes.

Outlook - the first time in the package for private users - here is a very stable mail client available, which can really much. It is not private use all functions. But there are many management functions, facilitate a work. Outlook was much easy to use than the 2 GB limit for the PST file. This was previously an ordeal.

We have the Office now be some time in use. An update came in the meantime and was quickly installed. All used programs are reliable.

I like that Word can now read PDF files. This helps in many cases further.

Outlook runs very reliable in both the install and On-line version. As we use this program every day it comes here on extreme reliability.

Who owns a 2010s installation does not necessarily have to change. We come from the 2007 version and there are already a lot of changes.

We have the package now in six months in operation and are extremely satisfied. We use Outlook for mail. Everything comes in without any problems and can be connected.

Word is still running a little rounder than the 2010 version, but the transition is not a must. In the company we use 2010, which is already very good.

Improvements can be identified in PowerPoint and you can still create better presentations.

OneNote has made the biggest jump and has become a great notebook. I sit in so between 50 and 100 one thousand miles in fliers and use the form of electronic storage. When incorporated into the Skydrive I am independent of my computer. In the 2010 version of OneNote can even be integrated into the Skydrive, which goes into the 2013er version but simple.

There come by Microsoft from time to time update again. These are installed automatically. Outwardly you feel any change. The programs run in Windows 7 Professional 64-bit very stable and not rely on.

However, Word has as always his problems in complex texts with lots of pictures. Although this is overall improvement, but here Microsoft should continue to make improvements.

Almost a year ago I purchased the office and we use it on multiple computers. The software is very reliable and you fight with no crashes. Every now and then updates come to office and everything runs smoothly.

It is a pity that I (still) can not be used on my Amazon Kindle that Office is. But that can not be. We have the Amazon Vine program now a Nokia Windows Phone in use and the mobile office as well as the PC-based interlock properly. That's more than convenient.

Here again my Empfahlung for this Office. Who more than one installation I use the right place.
