Long delivery time and way to customs required (with costs)

The backpacks look quite good, but will be shipped from China, which has lasted for 3 weeks in my case. The worst part is that I have received a letter from the customs office, because the dealer has attached no account outside. Thus, I had cost the EU VAT. I would advise against buying, unless you want to take the path to it, because the design of the backpack is actually very nice (although the backpack is a total of a little small).
