Intention: The intention to buy me a new headset, so happened that my old Medusa 5.1 headset gradually gave up the ghost and I but with the comfort (with a rather large head) was not satisfied. I chose a small, lightweight headset that also appeared still high and should be suitable for playing.
Buying: Once in the local electronics store I inspected all headsets exactly as my favorites were not available locally. But as luck would have it so I needed someplace. Besides some headsets by Sennheiser, Razer, Speedlink and me less known brands, there was the Logitech product line, for which I ultimately chose. Why it was not a H340 or H360? I imagined that I was using the H530 a slightly higher-quality product than the competitors got the 3 product series.
Processing: In addition to vile, but elegant color plastic the leathery, padded jacket of the bracket seems extremely high. Perforated on the bottom, reminiscent of the coating on a leather sports steering wheel renowned automaker. The cable is extremely thick and not too short. The USB connector seems a bit long. The microphone looks very classy and is beautiful just down-slid. The extract of the earphones from the temple could be something defined, because the contrasts of the otherwise high-quality processing.
Sound: The sound is very "course". Language nuances are well worked out and displayed in high resolution. For games the headset is not well suited if you're on a more neutral tuning of sounds. The headphones are in no way be described as bass-heavy, rather the reverse. The EQ, which can be adjusted on the right ear, the sound changes marginally. For phone calls, the sound of the telephone icon appears but surprisingly much better than the other modes.
Microphone: The voice that arrives on the other hand, is very clear and easy to understand. In addition, the microphone is quite noisy.
Comfort: Even after hours of wearing previously Sessions feel the headphones at very soothing. They heat the ear but on something.
Features: In addition to these EQ modes you can still adjust the volume directly on the headphones and place the microphone noiselessly. All buttons are very intuitive accessible.
Conclusion: A great, lightweight headset that I classifies as all-rounder!
