I had ordered the shell before, but they had to return it because it was delivered broken.
At the request of the seller I ordered again.

This time, the state in order, but as soon as I close the lid back, the magnet is active and the Nexus switches itself off again. Just as described in some other reviews.
Thus the shell is unfortunately useless and also returns.

Pity optically OK and does not stink (like other cases).
