I have no trouble returning it as cited in other reviews. Access to the button is performed by a cutting of the sheath. as saying that the buttons are not very accessible ... The case is hard plastic and appears flimsy at first. I bought this case to protect my phone fell several times. My phone fell again (as expected), is the case was cracked directly in shock at 2 places, a corner of the case was downright broken! My phone is not protected. I will turn to a product silicone.
