Most of what there is to say about this part, has already been said. But, an important note, which was not clear to me, has to be addressed again.

LTE is here only for Internet, not for voice telephony! I (not, of course, the part of the ear, but by Headphone / Mic) assumed that one can thus make calls. There was a notice in a Forum that you should install a dialer, but even that did not return.

Apparently intended to correct the problem a Russian ROM, probably are legal license reasons the cause.
