The basic hardware data are first identical. Processor, RAM and internal memory do not differ from each other. The 5MP camera is the same as the 620. The display is in the 520 0.2 "bigger, but with the same resolution. Both have a replaceable battery, removable cover and expansion via SD card.
In size and weight, both also do not have much, both are still well in hand and are without verränkungen operated with one hand (at least for me). A fact which is why I have refrained from Lumia 720/820.
