Depending on the PC (3 pieces, each different. Win7 versions) works for me printing from Microsoft Office 2007 or OpenOffice 4.1.0 --nicht--! As a "stopgap" I print to a PDF printer, and then the PDF to the now-working HP printer. This malpractice is to me a time explaining! The HP Support was nil, it has not even bothered to read my full error description. I myself approximately 8h any driver / firmware "games" but tried everything without success. So why 3 stars? When the machine prints (Scanning is always OK), then there is nothing to complain about. Even the cost orig for 83A. HP Toner (approximately EUR 50) in my opinion OK. What could be better: 1. The display. It is too small and unfortunately it has no lighting. 2. There is no paper tray that the paper is simply placed on the printer ground below, so you do not have dust. 3. Overweight software package. By "minimal driver" LJPro_MFP_M125-126_drv-only_14087.exe (from the HP website) may be a solution here. What I like: 1. The printer operates via WLAN. 2. The device is quite compact. 3. It works, compared to my old inkjet printer, quietly.
Addendum 2015-02-22: Duplex printing without hardware support (ie, the device is not a duplex printer) has never been easier than with this printer: a) select two-sided printing in the printer driver. b) The odd pages are printed. c) as it is in the output simply place the paper back into the paper tray, that it is not turning or rearrange necessary! d) The even-numbered pages are printed and ready. This is very good solution!
