the installation was completed within 10 minutes. The new installation of Mac OS X Lion lasted 15 minutes.
Have to say that I have at the same time also doubles my memory from 4GB to 8GB!
Boot time: 7 seconds !!!
Conclusion: Mac running like a brand new computer, and has a significant speed boost in all areas.
Whether normal surf the Internet, office work or Photoshop, the growth rate is significantly
noticeably.
I highly recommend this hard drive fully. Although it has SATA3, but is backward compatible and runs
easily on my Macbook Pro 13 "Mid of 2009 (Sata2).
Another note:
I had problems with the Mac, which quickly became hot at this multimedia reproductions (left side)
and suddenly nothing more came (kernel panic). I also had problems that the screen froze every now and then when
I clicked individual files, photos, etc.. After recalling that it could be possibly on the hard disk
I decided to take this step, and since then I have no more problems and the Mac works as a new unit.
