I've been looking for our prefabricated garage here at amazon up and down a drive and decided after a long search finally for the 700P. Not least because I had taken and watched a DVD in the Bauhaus. Here the installation is good and clearly explained. Finally, I was forewarned here before guidance from reviews. The manual paper alone would have given me a lot more problems. Thanks to video it went quite well. The rail with motor I have assembled the day before. There was first inaccuracies. I had to partially bend on the rails and on the engine, the guide something for the parts slid into each other. The next day I had planned except for the installation any more. And that was a good thing. One can accomplish alone the drive installation actually. However, a second person would have been very helpful sometimes. Without the hustle and incl. Laying a power outlet at the ceiling I needed ultimately good 6 hours for installation. A little more than I had estimated. But good. Ultimately, that was fine with me. The programming worked right away excellently. Both start and stop as well as the two remote controls could be programmed and as described. The fact that the chain guide is moored only at both ends, I find not so nice. The rail sag. If no functional impairment, but it looks stupid. The lighting is really a joke. Was here already mentioned several times. Basically dispensable. Irritated me that a red light on the motor permanent blinking after everything was settled and worked. Only after a brief search on the net I found an indication that this flashing indicates the operational readiness. I suspected only a malfunction of the engine. The instructions are somewhat inaccurate here. Now, after a few days problems arising, I'm happy with the result and looking forward, no longer open and close the garage by hand to have. There are only four stars because of instructions that can be quite a bit in the dark. Look before video! In addition, there were a few inaccuracies in the fit of the parts, and some seemed a bit rickety. Still, I would buy the drive again and also recommend.
