However, I much regretted:
- The severe lack of practical advice (only 3 examples of menus, "portions" explained only for some foods, no notion of the number of portions according to the daily calorie intake, many common foods "forgotten" as zucchini by example!)
- The recommendation of certain brands so often arbitrary (one recommended dietary supplement, which in addition does not respond to their recommendations ... take such margarine such cereals ...). A little too hidden advertising for a book that wants independent ... !!!
- Too many rehearsals and so in the end little content.
Closing the book, I thought "this is all very well but now how can I do?!?"
