Zep is definitely a great writer.
For me too, the first reading was punctuated by laughter, which rarely happens to me in BD.
But above all, we must recognize the great success of Zep in a particularly difficult kind where few have reached that level. Besides, who really has already invested this niche?
The most obvious analogy could be Vuillemin, who also is particularly raw in the drawing. But where Vuillemin forces the respect and merely telling jokes in the public domain, Zep, chose him to go into the little excessive (almost all the jokes recount comical but realistic situations).
In fact, if one were to venture a comparison with this album, I think that's the side of Reiser that we must seek. The time has changed and sex is no longer approached from the same angle but I sincerely believe that since Reiser, nobody went as far while really talking about sex and not by merely gravelly valves.

I really say because your hat Mr. Zep album is a great success, maybe even a masterpiece.
And for those who know only by this album and Titeuf, it is time to read 'Cut slices' which is also excellent.
