But after many experiments with different thicknesses grill steaks and very different results I'm extremely satisfied with this grill thermometer. The meat is always exactly as I want it (medium rare), there is virtually no failures. I use it at home in the oven and the grill outside. I have the temperatures of the sensor checked with ice water and boiling water: exactly 0 ° C and 100 ° C. I write no other reviews, but this device is really an asset, highly recommended.
