I bought the adapter, because I have a very power-hungry smartphone and like a charger would have been capable of supplying at least 2.5A. Since sounded "a total of 3.1 A at both outputs" but good. I wanted to use only one exit and just with min. 2.5 A.

Well, today came the device and what I read on the package?

2.1A for iPad and Tablets
1.0A for Smartphones
