The material of the cone velvet is quite special, and wicks "hang" a little above at the time of "unwinding" when removed the wick. a slightly fishy smell from the early iron probably because of the velvet.
Otherwise overall for the price, it is well done work, the adjustment of the timer and the digital screen are really not bad and the diameter of the cone is perfect.
