Strangely, the instructions for Pizza recommends exclusively operating at level two and a half and if after preheating and prior to inserting the pizza heating lamp should be made, may you open the oven so that the heating switches on again before the pizza is inserted? As "crazy" is that ?! Open the oven so that at further decreasing temperature, the heater turns on - no idea what this is! So best preheat to two and a half, fooled the pizza when reaching shutdown temperature and adjust regulator on three until the pizza is ready after 3-5 minutes. It's that simple! Addendum 02.11.2014: The FERRARI oven is next to the coffee machine now the most used kitchen appliance. Two times a week there's at least pizza and all are delighted with the results or say that at least. But I would still nachzureichen an important tip for the perfect pizza! My girlfriend is nervous when dark (it says :) Make the pizza crust are black brakes - and actually can happen, if on the one hand, the baking time does not fit exactly (since rich 30 seconds too long) and on the other - and it applies to the Tip - the dough is wet down around ... because then it comes very quickly to selective burns the pizza in the floor area. Therefore, it is very, very important, the two pizza slide pollinate well with flour before the pizza is placed and flours also well below the dough before baking !!!
