I had previously, so am I encountered the Pari Boy as loaner, but then wanted to own this. First of all there is a significant price range here. And that is not justified by my Meinug because of Medisana inhaler does exactly the same as the Pari Boy - not more or less. Noise and power are completely identical, I had the direct comparison, I had both units on the table. Well, the Pari Boy is the air filter of a ceramic-material, the Medisana Air filters made of plastic (foam filter) is otherwise have kept the materials used odor or taste, are easy to clean, the air hose is long enough that unit is easy to the application and works perfectly. Clearly a great inexpensive device for inhaling. I'm very satisfied.
