Serves well to soften the direct light flash in case of meillieurs means (reflectors largest / removable; the camera flash displaced) are not available. Always shadows, but much softer. Easily and securely attaches to the flash with no need for adhering parts: a good advantage by reports from some competitors.
I love the opportunity to detach / re-attach the veil before. Note that there is a loss of illumination considerable power: 2 notches or more? So best serves for fairly close subjects.
