To keep it short and clear I make a +/- list
+ Camera is excellent in hand, for larger hands very well suited (my glove size is 11)
+ The operation is intuitive and learned in a short time.
+ The "program wheel" in the top left shows when selecting the programs on the display, what is feasible
+ Startgewschindikeit also suitable for snapshots
+ Impressive detailed images with outstanding clarity and color fidelity
+ Autofocus with this lens fits to 99%
+ Very many possibilities that I never expected in a camera in this price range (visual effects are meant)
+ Speed of shots
+ High quality haptics
o plastic bayonet, but the quality looks
o Kitobjektiv with clearly audible motor (I know, is not an ultrasound, but it is also quieter. bother me personally but not)
o Display rushes in darker lighting conditions, but that does not affect the image
o Schreibgeschwindikeit at many pictures in a row (but may be due to the memory card, soon a 90MB / s is angetestet from me)
- The flaps of the display is hakelig and in the mobility limited (up and down angle)
The video function I have not been tested; it is me full kommeen matter. The A58 is not a camcorder and can in the field, which is intended for you, very much for a mid-range camera. One must, however, definitely deal with it until you can explore its possibilities. But who buys a system camera, should know that.
Recommended for:

Not suitable for:

Interested parties who are expecting a video camera (however and possibly complain about a noise, you can almost neutralize)
Interested parties who want to take pictures only on birthdays o. Ä.
For everything I've forgotten, I'm happy to discussion and carry it after excitation like after. :-)

Update 01/07/2014:
A few words about the battery and energy efficiency:
I am very positively impressed how incredibly long does the battery! Last weekend I have as a participant in the advanced photography course (highly recommended !!!) hundreds of pictures taken (without flash, daylight, portrait and landscape) and the battery had at the end of the day more than 50% capacity. Compliment, Sony!
More field focus and determination of the focal point:
Determined once the focal point to a specific area in the multi-field and the camera moves not against it. This problem whatsoever the portrayal in "golden ratio". Participants with Nikon D5100 and EOS 600D had more problems here.
Aperture (f-initial value) and shutter speed:
Due to the SLT-principle comes less light to the sensor and the shutter speed slowed compared to Nikon D5100 / Canon EOS 600D. However, that is in areas where camera shake is still virtually impossible. Have called comparison cameras at ISO100 example 1/100 second, the Sony has 1/60 to 1/80 (we are talking about at 1/60 second 0.0167 seconds). You can compensate for the problems but by selecting a higher ISO level. Apropos:
ISO level and noise:
Until 6400 virtually absent (Daylight, Exterior, no flash). In the 100% view on your computer you can see only minimal pixelation. 100% is also one the image looks at a size of about 3 monitors in the 22-inch widescreen format side by side, full HD provided. And that would be a width of about 150 cm. The make in practice only professional photographers and not we as amateurs.
