* The notice follows is rather mixed, it's nothing to understand. You have been warned! * So, let's go! I was immediately seduced by the 4th cover and cover. The 4th cover intrigued me especially and coverage is superb! These colors that blend, it gives a magical side - not very angelic. Magnificent. When I started reading this book, I was diving straight into history. The pages were marching at full speed, I was into it, I liked the mystery around the death of Jeremy, these stories of angels, the concept developed around them ... I read half the book very (very) fast. I adored. I loved meeting with Allison, how Jeremy was evolving now in the world trying to find answers and also to protect Allison. I found its role of "guardian angel" very touching. And I liked the character of all the characters presented. Especially we meet many famous people, this gives a real charm to the story! The author is full of imagination, I was blown away by what she inserted, and humor she used to good effect. But then ... Then there was the death of Allison, his coming among the angels ... And here I do not know, I left. I found that the story became "soft", with the important place took the relationship between the characters. Especially all those good feelings dripping love ... I will, but not so fast, you know. OK, Jeremy Allison was in love with before his death, but what? Hop! Suddenly, too? Yeah ... I found it not too believable, but still ... Let ... There, everything was full passage feelings but sorely lacking in action. And sex scenes that I have not found very well written, it created a "too much" useless in my opinion ... So, I put for days before continuing the book! Really, I was not in it. And I confess, even when the plot takes, the action is again, I was not as a fan. The characters have annoyed me. Especially Jeremy. Usually, it is true that one does not often see narrator hero YA, and I was thrilled to have Jeremy as "guide" at first. After, it soon becomes soulant. I did not like his reaction. If I had been in front of me, for real, I think it would have received several slaps! Both say that as he became the superhero of the end of the story, I found it not credible again. A super villain swept in no time then you should expect a mega battle ... Everything is too "easy", especially Jeremy. Too bad. This makes the story falls like a soufflé. I do not know if I would read later (not sure) especially that the end is sufficient in itself. I would say this book is a good surprise but no more.
