Delivered in this ADE product the scale including 4 AAA batteries required. The first start-up is easy. You put only the batteries and programmed quickly the respective user settings for one of the ten storage locations.
The balance required for this individual reported data on height and age, and gender of the user.
Programming is done via sensors buttons which react well and accurately.
The display of the balance is about 8.8 x 4.5 cm in size.
The weight is displayed with digits of a size of about 4 cm. Body fat, muscle mass, bone mass and body water are displayed smaller.

If you want the body to carry out analysis, so you have to step on the scales barefoot. This must have been enabled on the Set button. For the body composition monitor the personal data is required, so you have to select the corresponding memory location before the measurement can be performed.
Is measured by the use of a low resistance. Fat and water lead to different degrees. In combination with the corresponding measured values and those which have been previously stored, the scale then calculates the appropriate data.
In addition to the result values of body fat appears on your own review. A legend in the manual explains this. Here can be seen, in which area (too low, healthy range, increased fat or high fat percentage) is the determined value.
For the weight measurement you can step on the scales and simple, which then activates.
The balance will automatically turn itself off.

All in all, it is Bella of ADE to create a good balance, which completely fulfilled its task, although (see Contra-list) a few opportunities for improvement still exist.
