I can connect me to the prescriber. The quality of the ballast is unfortunately bad. I've mounted the brand new lamp and then realized that the ballast (and not the light source) was defective. This unfortunately only after a complicated mounting on the wall. I'm tired of that under brand names no longer reasonable quality is delivered. The lamp is also not cheap. One can the China junk probably now no longer round. When there is finally an awareness that it is madness to produce as much committee in the world. Too bad, because the lamp is really nice. Does anyone know a reliable manufacturer for lamps? (And shoes, home and garden supplies, etc., etc.)
