I had bought the Medion Lifetab (second version). Listen and initially feels great, has features that the Touchlet not have (eg USB port of various devices) and plenty of software freebies. Unfortunately, too late, I've noticed that the battery life in stand-by (all data services off!) Only amounted to 48 hours.. That's practically useless for me: I am a teacher, use the thing at school, get it out of your pocket if necessary - and then goes nothing! Medion is of the opinion that this is a correct term. The support at Medion is grottig who realize nothing! Since the Touchlet is much better. I have not measured how long it holds, but it is practicable. In addition to Wi-Fi may 3G, the screen is good, it's pretty fast and the memory is expandable via card. On the SIM card and the memory card will be easier to get (had only concern, because they are directly accessible, but is not a problem). Can only recommend the thing for the price. GPS is missing, I think that other people are more gets for a few euros with GPS, but I have a navigation system in your car and a cell phone with Navy, because I need it not on the Tab. The deduction of points is due to the rather sparse software features that so far played no role for me, as I had purchased SoftMaker Office for Android anyway.
