I also like the enclosed Velcro strips with which the adjustment straps can be rolled up on the shoulder straps and secured so that they do not hang out.
Cons: So far, the only night part, for me personally, is the non-removable clip closure across his chest. This dangling around when you do not need it and when you use it, you can not really include a jacket or jacket wear without a little look funny.
