Music History Tamara Danz

The handset holds a CD with titles in the years 1983-1996 the great singer Tamara Danz and her band Silly in his hand.
I had to see the happiness of her concerts mehere still live. "The wild Matilde" (from Mont Klamott 1983) was one of their trademarks and lacking in any concert. "I'm so happy at a distance" (from Liebeswalzer 1985) listening between the lines and a lot of people was felt at that time by Tamara pronounced what was noticeably narrow and longing in the GDR. Tamara was at every concert their special facilitation to their intention for the song to make winking significantly.

Silly represent GDR history. The "Love Waltz" was the first attempt censored and could not be published until a year later under the new name.

So each song has a special story on this CD, recorded Zeitgeist and courage of musicians from Silly to critically deal with social issues apart.

My personal favorite song: "About her the ice thawed", could have been written in 2010

Silly applies today as yesterday: "Paradievögel captures not be a" (from February 1989)

Silly keep with the "sons of bitches" In 1993, her keen eye, sharp tongue, independence, face and distinctiveness on the way to new horizons. The title "dream couple" alludes to the union DDR BRD, "Halloween in East Berlin" focuses on the sale of the former East Germany after reunification.

The title "flood" and "Full Moon" are most emotional of Silly's CD, first was built in totally own production in the DanzMusikStudios Berlin, last work before Tamara's death from cancer in July 1996th

Many songs on the CD come from times when one could hardly say critical, but hinhörten all the more accurate.
The titles have lost none of their relevance today in a time when one may say anything and just listen carefully.

The CD contains songs, which Silly written at concerts and in the living history, people have moved and touched and is therefore highly recommended as a supplement to Best of Silly 1.
