The document is not very clear but I managed to ride this scooter alone so eventually it's not too complicated! You just tighten the fixation on the handlebar if the front fork and wheel spins and handlebars are no longer aligned. The colors are very pretty ... very ... very girly Hello Kitty !!!! My 2 year old daughter adores and she already understood the principle of the scooter, it is not 100% there yet but it will come. The small pouch on the handlebars will fit nicely blanket or taste, it's a little extra but it can also be removed. I recommend this scooter to all parents of little girls fan of Hello Kitty !!!!
