I started to get interested in fruit and vegetable juices with the reading of the book "The energy of thought" and at the time, I was able to experience their effectiveness on the tone and skin.
This book it gave me a lot more information. The long experience of the author is reassuring and we feel that he knows (knew) what it's about. The book is well done. It is a therapeutic guide that helps expériementer directly and find what juice choose according to his problems, although interesting for my taste juices are not all present or all the affections, of course. We would have liked a book of five hundred pages of the same ilk.
Through reading this book, I wanted to get back to press juices knowing which target a little better, so I felt a little tired. The effect was rapid: a peach of hell after a few days, nerves of steel, more concentration ... I truly believe that the juices are ten times more effective than vitamin and mineral trade and without adverse consequences.
The only disappointment I had after reading this book is that, contrary to what the title announces, it does not deal with fruit juice (except Papaya): nothing about apple juice , grapefruit, lemon, which are nevertheless excellent for health.
