Now I am very happy to have made this nerve-saving investment. The candles can be easily fit with the existing included AAA batteries and talk - as long as you close enough to the tree stands - to hesitation on the remote control that has to offer three channels. Dimming can not. But is not necessary because the candles that glow yellow-hot for the rest, not so very bright. Despite the somewhat too low brightness you like the family very well, and the visitors are impressed if this innovation. Overall, the plugging took up the tree just a few minutes, much like a clothespin to put on the leash. Every candle is connected to its bracket by a ball joint and can be adjusted even further. The removal was also done in 2 minutes. Just great !!
Furthermore, I am absolutely delighted to have decided for the mini version, as these already are quite large and the full-size cartridges (incl. Batteries) for more delicate branches are certainly too large and too heavy.
As for the burn time: Since Christmas Eve at noon we had the candles every day for several hours - virtually all day - to. Bis (updated!) Yesterday, 05:01., As we mined the tree again, they showed zero signs of fatigue. So it is not true that the batteries supplied only 3-4 hours by keeping a total of what I read in other reviews. Whereby it noted on the package that the candles as soon as the batteries are inserted consume electricity even when turned off.
A small drawback is that you can not get too far with the 14 candles from the basic set. For our medium-sized tree they reached grade like this, but a few more are likely to do the trick. Since then, the cost factor comes into play, well, maybe next year. Care must be taken then but that the versions match. So the Lumix candles are not compatible with older versions from 2011.
In summary, it was every day anew pleasing, easy to access only to remote control and - hey presto - the other candles on or off. The product is a bit too expensive, but in my view the best alternative to light a Christmas tree. I wish I had discovered the KRINNER Lumix candles earlier!
