Nervous great device for the money, just the lack of Windows 7 drivers

Here are a few criticisms, which have led to the star deduction:
1. The Windows 7 drivers all exist somewhere, why is this ASUS not available, not even about the online support? It is connected to a lot of effort for each individual buyer to procure this.
2. The mouse buttons of the touchpad is sensitive to movement as the touchpad itself. This means that any attempt to press the mouse button, the mouse pointer is again moved away from the button and you click next. Very annoying and unnecessary. Can unfortunately not turn off, at least I would not know how.
3. The function keys "loud" and "quiet" are not working. Could be a Windows 7 driver problem.

Who's interested: Notebook also works with Windows 10 Preview. But if I have thrown down again, because otherwise I would have put on the computer again or buy a license from mid-April 2015.
